Preparation:
Empty broth mix into small saucepan; add water and bring to a boil. Add spinach and scallions and return to a boil. Reduce heat and slowly add egg white, stirring constantly, until eghg white has set. Add chicken seasonings and cook until throughly heated.
Variation: Substitute instant beef or onion broth mix for the chicken broth mix and use cooked beef or pork, cut into strips. |
