Preparation:
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels (I used frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts - I'm not partial to dark meat...). Place chicken in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. in a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and tomato sauce. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW about 5 hours or until chicken is tender.
Remove to a platter; sprinkle with sesame seed |
