Preparation:
Combine flour, salt, and pepper; dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oil in a large skillet; add chicken, and cook over medium heat until lightly browned, turning once. Remove chicken; place in a lightly greased 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish.
Combine chile sauce and steak sauce; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. |
