Ingredients:

  1           teaspoon  salt
  1                     garlic
  1           teaspoon  oregano
     1/4      teaspoon  paprika
  1           teaspoon  fresh lemon juice
  8                     chicken thigh
  3        tablespoons  oil
  1                cup  onion
  2        tablespoons  garlic
     1/3           cup  catsup
     1/3           cup  cider vinegar
 

Preparation:

Mash salt with peeled garlic clove to a paste add half of oregano, paprika, and lemon juice-mix very well rub over chicken brush with 1 tablespoon oil grill for 30-60 minutes, turning often to keep from charring meanwhile, saute onions in remaining oil for 5 minutes add minced garlic and saute for 2 minutes add remaining ingredients-mix well heat and stir for 15 minutes when chicken is done, coat well with sauce, and grill another 5 minutes serve hot with remaining sauce to the side
