Preparation:
Coat chicken with seasoned flour. In large skillet, melt butter; add chicken. Cook 10 minutes or until brown on all sides. Remove chicken. In skillet, cook squash and onion 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet; add tomato. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika. Reduce heat to low; cook, covered, 40 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with paprika. |
