1 bottle russian salad dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 12 oz jar apricot preserves
2 pounds boneless chicken breast or fryer chicken -- up to 3
-- cut up
4 cups cooked rice -- up to 6 |

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350*F Combine in a mixing bowl dressing, soup mix and preserves. Blend well. Place chicken in a 9x13 pan, pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1hour. Serve over cooked rice. Sweet and sour delicious!! |
