4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- cut into strips
1 egg
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup sherry wine |

Preparation:
Dip chicken in mixture of egg and milk. Roll chicken in parmesan cheese.
Heat the butter in electric frying pan at 300 degrees. Brown chicken.
Add 1 cup of sherry wine. Cover and cook at 225 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender. |
