  2        tablespoons  soy sauce
  2        tablespoons  dry sherry
  8             slices  water chestnuts
     1/4         pound  sliced bacon
 

Preparation:

marinate chicken livers in soy and sherry for 1-4 hours remove from marinade to drain well cut bacon slices in half, crosswise arrange onto a microwave plate microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, turning once place a piece of liver onto a water chestnut slice wrap with a slice of bacon and fasten with a toothpick or skewer arrange around the edge of a paper towel-lined plate cover with plastic microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, turning once arrange onto a serving platter serve warm
