Preparation:
Place one half can of mushroom soup in the bottom of a 2 quart oblong
baking dish. Place chicken pieces, skin side down, with thicker portions =
to
outside of dish. Spread remaining soup on top. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium high (70%) 5 minutes. Turn chicken over, placing
thicker portions to outside edge of dish. Spoon sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle Cup~A-Soup over top. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium
high (70%) until chicken is tender, 7 to 9 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 generous portions. |
