Preparation:
In a small dish combine oil, garlic, and oregano. Arrange chicken
in
a flat dish and drizzle with marinade. Refrigerate, covered, for
12
hours.
Preheat a grill until hot. Grill chickens, turning, until done and
serve with sauce.
(Tomatillo Sauce)
In a saucepan simmer tomatillos, vinegar, cumin, oregano, garlic,
and jalapeno with salt and pepper to taste over moderate heat for
10
minutes. Purée in a blender and stir in cilantro and scallions.
Season to taste. |
