Preparation:
In large bowl stir together sour cream, mustard, milk, garlic, salt and pepper; set aside.
Place chicken breast halves on lightly greased broiler pan brush both sides with 1/4 cup sour cream mixture. Broil 5-6 inches from heat, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink (15-20 minutes).
Meanwhile in 10 inch skillet, belt butter until sizzling; add broccoli and pepper strips. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crispy tender (2-3 minutes). Stir in rice and remaining sour cream mixture. Continue cooking until heated through (1-2 minutes). Serve with chicken. Dona of Kansas |
