Ingredients:

  12                    chicken wing
  13            ounces  evaporated milk
  2                     egg
  2               cups  flour
  1           teaspoon  salt
     1/2      teaspoon  white pepper
  1           teaspoon  paprika
                        corn oil
 

Preparation:

remove wing tips and reserve for another use combine evaporated milk and eggs-mix well combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika-mix well coat wings in flour mixture and pat with your hands to remove all excess moisten with milk mixture, allowing excess to drip off coat evenly on all sides with flour mixture and shake off excess arrange onto a sheet of waxed paper cover and chill for 30 minutes heat oil to 365 degrees add chicken in small batches and fry until golden drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels keep warm in a 140-200 degree oven repeat with remaining chicken serve hot, warm, chilled, or at room temperature
