Chicken Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:

     1/2      teaspoon  olive oil
  1              pound  ground chicken breast
  1                cup  onions -- chopped
     1/2           cup  bell peppers -- chopped
  1            package  sloppy joe seasoning mix
  1          8 oz. can  tomato sauce
     1/4           cup  worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation:

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 15 minutes.
