Ingredients:

  6                     chicken breast halves -- boneless, skinless
                        pounded thin
                        seasoned salt
                        ground pepper
  6          teaspoons  parsley -- finely chopped
  6             slices  swiss cheese
  6        thin slices  ham
     1/2         stick  butter
  1                cup  bread crumbs
                        ***SAUCE***
  1 1/2           cups  canned whole tomatoes
     3/4           cup  whipping cream
  1         tablespoon  dry white wine
  1           teaspoon  salt & sugar
 

Preparation:

pinch Pepper pinch Garlic powder Preheat oven to 325~F. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Top each with 1 tsp parsley, ham and cheese. Roll tightly. Brush with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Arrange compactly , crumbed side down in 6 inch square baking dish. Pour remaining butter over all and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking until top is brown (30 minutes). Set aside and keep warm while preparing sauce. FOR SAUCE: Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over med/hi heat; bring to boil. Reduce and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve chicken over rice and cover with sauce.
