Preparation:
salt and pepper chicken breasts; brown in butter in heavy skillet. remove
from skillet; add soup, water, sherry, and mushrooms to remaining butter.
Cook over low heat 5 min., stirring. place chicken breasts in shallow
baking
dish and pour sauce over them. bake at 325F, 1 hr. Can
refrigerate until time to bake.
