Preparation:
1. heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. 2. add lemon grass hearts, minced red chili pepper and seasoning sauce. saute for three minutes. 3. add chicken and saute for about 5 minutes. 4. add scallions and saute for 1 minute. 5. add lime juice, honey and cilantro. 6. toss until all mixed togethe well. 7. serve over noodles. |
