Ingredients:

   1      package       pecan rice
   1 1/2  cups          water
                        salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Place rice in crockpot; stir well. Place Cornish hen on top of rice. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
