Preparation:
1. Cook mostaccioli in salted water as directed on package.
2. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over
medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink.
Add bell pepper; cook 2 minutes. Stir in cream, cumin, ground red pepper and
mushrooms; cook until thickened, 6 to 8 minutes.
3. Drain pasta. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with onion. |
