Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 2 hours in
refrigerator. Place chicken on baking pan, sprayed with Pam, and top with Italian dressing.
Cook approximately 10 minutes, then top with tomato slices, bread crumbs, basil and Parmesan
cheese. Continue to bake until bread crumbs are browned and chicken is done. While chicken is baking, quickly saute angelhair pasta and green peas in olive oil over brisk heat. Serve cooked chicken over pasta. |
