     1/2      teaspoon  Peeled Garlic Cloves    minced
     1/2      teaspoon  Parsley minced
  1           teaspoon  Scallions       minced
  1           teaspoon  Corn Starch
     1/2      teaspoon  Basil
     1/4      teaspoon  Black Pepper
  2             ounces  Cream Cheese
  3             ounces  Neufchatel Cheese
  10                    Puff Pastry Sheets  (5.5" x 5.5")
  10                    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (4 oz
                        ea)
 

Preparation:

Combine garlic, parsley, and scallions. Add corn starch, basil, pepper, cream cheese, and Neufchatel cheese, and blend until smooth. Remove to a bowl. Place 10 puff pastry sheets on a table. Gently roll pastry squares to approximately 6" x 6". Place 1 tbsp herb filling in center, then set raw chicken breast on filling. Fold pastry edges up over chicken. Squeeze edges together to close pastry. Place pastries on a sheet pan, brush with whole milk egg wash. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Serving Size: 10
