Preparation:
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Blend mustard and steak sauce in small bowl; set aside. Mix pretzel crumbs, onion and chives in separate bowl.
Dip chicken breasts in mustard mixture to coat; roll in pretzel crumbs, pressing crumbs lightly onto chicken. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. |
