Ingredients:

  1         tablespoon  molasses
  1         tablespoon  vegetable oil
  1 1/2           cups  gold medal better for bread flour
                        gold medal whole wheat flour- 1 1/2 cups
     1/2           cup  cooked wild rice or brown rice
  1           teaspoon  dried thyme leaves
  1           teaspoon  salt
  1 1/4      teaspoons  fleischmann's bread machine yeast
     2/3           cup  chopped -- unpeeled apple
 

Preparation:

Measure all ingredients carefully and place into bread machine pan in order directed by the manufacturer. Add apple at the "add-in's" signal or 5 to 10 min. before the last kneading cycle ends. Select Whole Wheat or Basic White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use the delay cycle or rapid cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rac
