Ingredients:

  3               cups  flour
  1                cup  walnuts
  5          teaspoons  baking powder
  1                cup  sugar
  1           teaspoon  salt
  3                     egg
  1                cup  milk
     1/3           cup  oil
 

Preparation:

combine flour, walnuts, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl in another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and oil-mix well add to flour mixture and stir just to moisten pour into a greased loaf pan bake @ 350 degrees for 75-90 minutes, until loaf pulls away from sides of pan remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack remove from pan to a wire rack allow to cool completely before cutting serve at room temperature
