Ingredients:

  3               Cups  Sugar
  1                Cup  Vegetable Oil
  4                     Eggs
  1       16-Ounce Can  Pumpkin
  3 1/2           Cups  All-Purpose Flour
  1           Teaspoon  Baking Powder
  2          Teaspoons  Baking Soda
  2          Teaspoons  Salt
  1           Teaspoon  Cinnamon
  1           Teaspoon  Nutmeg
  1           Teaspoon  Allspice
     2/3           Cup  Water
     1/2           Cup  Chopped Walnuts
 

Preparation:

Place sugar, oil, and eggs in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 4 and beat 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 4 and beat 10 seconds more. Add pumpkin, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Turn to speed 2 and mix 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Add water and walnuts. Turn to stir speed and mix 20 seconds, or until combined. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks
