Ingredients:

  1                cup  sour cream
     1/4    Tablespoon  oil
  1           teaspoon  salt
  1                can  jalapeños -- (4 ounces) chopped
  1         Tablespoon  baking powder
  1 1/2           cups  grated cheddar cheese
  2                     eggs
  1                cup  creamed corn
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a well greased whatever and bake 35-40 minutes.
