Preparation:
1. In a large resealable freezer bag mix together all ingredients except chicken wings and honey.
2. Remove tips from chicken wings; separate at joints into 2 pieces. Add to marinade, and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 4 hours, upto 24 hours.
3. Reserving marinade, place wings on greased grill over medium high heat; close lid and cook turning once for about 30 minutes or until crisp and juices run clear when pierced.
4. Meanwhile in a small bowl whisk together reserved marinade with honey, brish liberally over wings halfway through cooking.
Notes: Can be frozen flat in baggie for up to one week. |
