Harvest Green Chile Cheesecakes

Ingredients:

  1                cup  breadcrumbs
     1/2           cup  butter
     1/2         pound  cream cheese
     1/2           cup  scallions
     1/2           cup  jack cheese
     1/4           cup  half and half
  1                     egg
     1/2           cup  diced green chiles
  3          teaspoons  jalapeno jelly
 

Preparation:

combine breadcrumbs and butter-mix well press a thin layer onto the bottom and up the sides of a springform pan, muffin pan, or mini muffin pan combine cream cheese, scallions, jack cheese, and half and half in a bowl beat in the eggs, one at a time fold in the diced green chiles pour into the prepared crust bake @ 325 degrees until set and lightly browned on top remove from oven and allow to cool completely garnish each portion with a dollop of jalapeno jelly serve at room temperature
