   3      cups          Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour -- Light Wheat
   2      tablespoons   Buttermilk Ranch Dressing mix
     1/2  cup           instant potato flakes
   1      tablespoon    sugar
   2      teaspoons     Rapid Rise Yeast -- Red Star brand

Preparation:

Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order given. Bake on quick cycle, light crust setting.
