Preparation:
Combine all filling ingredients except chips, in food processor. Blend until smooth. Mix in chips by hand. Pour filling into crust . Bake at 350ΓΈ until center of filling is firm [about 70 - 80 minutes or 1 hour in 9" pan]. Remove from oven, but leave heat on 350. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before adding topping. TOPPING: Blend all ingredients thoroughly and spread over warm cheesecake. Bake in still hot oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool for about 1 hour at room temperature.
