Round Steak Casserole

Ingredients:

   2      pounds        round steak -- 1/2" thickness
                        garlic salt -- to taste
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
   1                    onion -- thinly sliced
   1      can           green beans -- drained
   1      10 oz can     tomato soup
   4      medium        potatoes -- peeled & quartered,
                        -- up to 5
   1      16 oz can     whole peeled tomatoes
 

Preparation:

Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper; cut into serving pieces and place in crockpot. Add potatoes, sliced onions (separate into rings), and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours. Remove cover last 1/2 hour to reduce liquid, if desired (turn to high).
