Barbeque Pot Roast

Ingredients:

   1      3 pound       beef chuck or other pot roast
   3      large         onions, -- chopped
   1      cup           ketchup
     1/2  cup           wine vinegar
   1      teaspoon      curry powder
   1      teaspoon      paprika
          dash          chili powder
   1      cup           beef stock
     1/2  teaspoon      dry mustard
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
   1      clove         garlic, -- minced
 

Preparation:

Brown meat in hot oil in a large pot or Dutch oven. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until tender.
