Vegetable-Mushroom-Tofu Saute

Ingredients:

1         cup           mushrooms -- chopped
1         cup           bell pepper -- chopped
1         cup           beets and carrots -- grated
1         cup           green/red cabbage -- sliced
1         tablespoon    bragg liquid aminos
1         cup           firm tofu -- cubed
1         cup           onions -- chopped
1         cup           tomato -- diced
3         cloves        garlic -- sliced
2         tablespoons   virgin olive oil
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together. In oiled pan (use olive oil), saute, bake or stir fry in wok until tender.
