Crock Tomatoes

Ingredients:

   2                    green peppers -- seeded and cut into
   2      large         tomatoes -- (ripe), sliced or
                        -- cut into w
   1      large         Spanish onion -- sliced very thin
                        -- and
   1      cup           vinegar -- (cider)
     1/2  cup           sugar
   1      cup           salad oil
   1      tablespoon    salt
   1      teaspoon      celery seed
 

Preparation:

1. Day before, put vegetables into crock or similar container. 2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps very well for several days.
