Ingredients:

2 cups zucchini slices
2 cups mushroom slices
1 cup red or green pepper strips
3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 pound pasteurized process cheese – cubed spread
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup corkscrew noodles -- 4oz, cooked, drained
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves -- crushed
3/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves -- crushed |
Preparation:
In large skillet, stir fry vegetables in margarine until crisp tender. Reduce heat. Add process cheese spread and milk; stir until process cheese spread is melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Microwave: Microwave zucchini and peppers in margarine in 1 1/2 quart casserole on high 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Add mushrooms. Microwave 2 minutes; drain. Add process cheese spread and milk. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes, or until process cheese spread is melted, stirring every 2 minutes. Continue as directed.
