Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients:

  2             pounds  Ground Beef
     1/2           Cup  Onion -- chopped
  1                Can  Corn -- drained
  2                     Eggs
  2          Teaspoons  Mustard
  2          Teaspoons  Salt
     1/4      Teaspoon  Pepper
  6              Large  Green Peppers
                        Large Jar Ragu Or Your Favorite
 

Preparation:

Mix all but peppers and sauce. Fill peppers with mixture and fit them into a stock pot or dutch oven with a cover. Pour sauce over top. Cook covered on top of stove for about 1 hour (or longer depending on size of peppers) until mixture is cooked through.
