2 1/2 - 3 Lbs.          Lean Stew Meat
                        Water to level with Meat
2         Tbsp.         Figaro Bar-B-Que Sauce
2         Tbsp.         A1 Sauce
2         Tbsp.         Mexene Chili Powder
2         Tbsp.         Worchestershire Sauce
1         Tbsp.         Vinegar
1/2       tsp.          Onion Salt or Powder
1/4       tsp.          All Spice
1/4       tsp.          Garlic Salt or Powder
1/4       tsp.          Italian Seasoning or seasoning as desired
1/4       tsp.          Salt
2                       Bay Leaves (if desired)
1         Tbsp          Sugar or 1 tsp. Liquid sweetner
 

Preparation:

Place meat in stew pot, add water to level with meat. Add remaining ingredients, cover. Boil until meat is tender---Approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
