Reuben Roll

Ingredients:

   1 1/2  pounds        ground beef
   1 1/2  cups          bread crumbs
   1                    egg
     1/2  cup           diced onions
     1/4  cup           sweet rellsh
     1/4  cup           russian dressing
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   1      tablespoon    worcestershire sauce
   1 1/2  teaspoons     salt
   1      can           sauerkraut -- (14 oz.) drained
   1 1/2  cups          grated swiss or mozzarella cheese
 

Preparation:

1. Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, onions, relish, seasonings, dressing. Mix well.

2. On heavy sheet of foil, shape meat mixture into flat 6 x 14 inch rectangle. Sprinkle with chopped sauerkraut and grated cheese, leaving a 1 inch border.

3. Starting with narrow end, carefully roll, as for jelly roll.

4. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes.
