In a skillet melt butter. add onions celery bell pepper mushrooms and thyme. Then add hamburger meat and cook until done. Add tomato sauce tomato paste oregano and garlic. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook Lasagna noodles. In a large baking dish cover the bottom of the dish with sauce then add a layer of lasagna noodles, then add some of the cottage and mozzarella cheeses. Continue layering. Top with the can of grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
