Lazy Daisy Meat Balls

Ingredients:

  1              Pound  ground
  1           Teaspoon  salt
     1/8      Teaspoon  pepper -- celery salt, garlic
                        salt and
                        nutmeg if desired
     1/2           Cup  dry bread or cracker crumbs
     1/2           Cup  water
  2        Tablespoons  grated onion
  1                Can  cream of mushroom soup -- (10 1/2 ounce)
     1/4                soup can of water
                        gravy coloring if desired
 

Preparation:

Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water and onion. Form into 24 small balls. Roll in flour; brown in hot fat. Mix soup, water, gravy coloring: pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. 6 servings. This goes good over seasoned white rice.....yummy...I've fixed it before that way...Bet
