Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients:

   1      package       lasagna noodles -- 10 oz
   1 1/2  pounds        ground pork
   1      medium        onion -- chopped
   1      cup           cream style cottage cheese
     1/2  cup           grated parmesan cheese
   1                    egg -- beaten
     1/4  cup           snipped parsley
   1      teaspoon      basil -- crushed
   1      cup           mozzarella cheese -- grated
   2      cans          pizza sauce -- 8 ounce
 

Preparation:

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and rinse thoroughly. Brown ground pork and onion in a large skillet. Drain fat. Combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, parsley and basil and stir into meat mixture. Spread each pasta strip with 1/4 cup of meat mixture. Roll up each strip jelly roll fashion. Place lasagn rolls seam side down in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce over top of rolls. Bake in a 400 degree F. gas oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
