Easy Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  2             pounds  lean ground beef
  1                cup  chopped onions
  1                cup  bread crumbs
  1           teaspoon  salt
     1/2      teaspoon  celery salt
     1/2      teaspoon  paprika
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
  2                     eggs -- slightly beaten
  1                cup  milk
     1/2         pound  sharp cheddar cheese -- cut in 1/2" cubes
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except cheese cubes. Mix lightly, but thoroughly. Fold in cheese cubes. Press meat mixture into 9x5x3-inch pan. Bake in 350*F oven for 1 hour. Drain excess fat. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
