Ingredients:

                        place 4 or 5 pound corned beef brisket in -- cover
   1      large         kettle
                        with water. bring to boil. tower heat -- cook,
                        covered -- for
   4                    hours. let cool in liquid that it -- (4 to 5)

                        cooked in. drain meat
                        place in shallow baking pan -- cover with
                        ***FOLLOWING SAUCE***
 

Preparation:

4 Tbsp. oleo 2/3 c. brown sugar 6 Tbsp. cider vinegar 2 Tbsp. dry mustard 2/3 c. ketchup Heat sauce ingredients together until blended. Pour over meat; bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes or until brown. Baste meat occasionally. Meat should be sliced in serving pieces and may be topped with sauce which has been poured into a bowl.
