Ingredients:

     1/4           cup  grey poupon dijon mustard
     1/4           cup  soy sauce
  1         tablespoon  packed brown sugar
  1              pound  thinly sliced top round beef steak
  1                cup  red bell pepper strips
  1         tablespoon  vegetable oil
  4                     10-inch flour tortilla -- warmed
 

Preparation:

Mix mustard, soy sauce and brown sugar in small bowl; set aside Cook and stir beef and red pepper in oil over medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Stir in mustard mixture; heat to a boil. Serve immediately in tortillas
