Ingredients:

  1 1/2         pounds  boneless beef sirloin steak -- 3/4 inch thick
     1/2           cup  A-1® Steak Sauce -- divided
  2          teaspoons  cracked black pepper
     1/2           cup  dairy sour cream
  2        tablespoons  ketchup
 

Preparation:

Brush both sides of steak with 2 tablespoons steak sauce; sprinkle 1 teaspoon pepper onto each side, pressing firmly into steak. Set aside. Blend remaining steak sauce, sour cream and ketchup in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until heated through (do not boil). Keep warm. Grill or broil steak for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Serve with warm sauce.
