Sliced Steak with Bold Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

  1                cup  red bell pepper -- thinly sliced
  1                cup  green bell pepper -- thinly sliced
  2        tablespoons  olive oil
     3/4           cup  A-1® Steak Sauce
  1         tablespoon  dry sherry or water
  1 1/2         pounds  beef top round steak -- 3/4 inch thick
 

Preparation:

Cook and stir peppers in oil in skillet over medium-high heat until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir in steak sauce and sherry or water; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm. Grill or broil steak for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Slice steak and serve with warm pepper sauce.
