Ingredients:

   3      pounds        raw brisket
   2      tablespoons   liquid smoke
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce -- (i use the low
                        -- sodium soy sauce)
   2      teaspoons     celery seed
   2      teaspoons     black pepper -- (i use the course
                        -- ground black
                        -- pepper)
   2      teaspoons     worcestershire sauce
   1      teaspoon      garlic salt
   1      teaspoon      onion salt
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except brisket together for marinade. Lay aluminum foil in pan. Put brisket in foil. Pour marinade over meat. Fold aluminum foil over and make tight. Marinate over night. Do not open foil! Bake at 300 degrees for about 5 hours. Test for doneness with fork through foil. Do not open foil during cooking process. There you go. It's absolutely, 100%, Grade A wonderfu
