Ingredients:

   1 1/2  cups          flour
   3      teaspoons     baking powder
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      paprika
   1      teaspoon      celery salt
     1/4  teaspoon      white pepper
   3      tablespoons   shortening
     3/4  cup           milk
     3/4  cup           sliced onion
   1      can           tomato soup
   1      pound         ground meat
 

Preparation:

Brown onions in heavy skillet until soft. Add ground meat; brown well. Add 1 can tomato soup. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika and celery salt. Blend in shorten- ing. Add milk; mix to smooth batter. Spread batter on top of meat and tomato mixture which has been placed in casserole. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
