Preparation:
Place garlic on baking sheet. Bake at 500F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until soft; cool. Squeeze pulp from skins; chop slightly. Heat garlic pulp, 1/2 cup steak sauce, wine or water and onion in a small saucepan to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm.
Grill or broil steaks for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, brushing with remaining steak sauce. Serve with sauce. |
