Beany Spoon-Up Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

   1 1/2  pounds        ground beef
   1      can           condensed -- (11 1/2 oz.)
                        bean with bacon soup
   1                    egg
     1/2  cup           milk
   1      slice         bread -- torn into small
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      clove         garlic -- crushed
   1      can           chopped chilies -- (4 oz.)
                        drained
   1      tablespoon    worcestershire sauce
   8                    english muffins
                        tangy cream sauces -- (below)
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients except muffins and Tangy Cream Sauces. Spread beef mixture in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 1/4 hours. Split, toast and butter muffins. Spoon meat loaf onto muffins; top with Tangy Cream Sauces. Makes 8 servings. Tangy Cream Sauces: Mix 2 tablespoons prepared mustard and 2 tablespoons dairy sour cream, unflavored yogurt or mayonnaise. Mix 2 tablespoons chili sauce and 2 tablespoons dairy sour cream, unflavored yogurt or mayonnaise.
