Ingredients:

     1/4  tablespoon    mace
     1/2  tablespoon    salt
   1 1/2  cups          mashed sweet potatoes
   2                    eggs -- slightly beaten
     1/2  cup           water
     1/2  cup           nondairy creamer
   2      tablespoons   margarine -- melted
   1      9"            unbaked pie shell

Preparation:

Mix sugar cinnamon, allspice, mace, and salt. Stir in sweet potatoes. Combine eggs, water, nondairy creamer, and margarine. Add to sweet potato mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400 F. oven abt. 40 min., or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
